Loaded with pineapple, melon, mango and passion fruit this cold pressed juice is obviously delicious. The balance of sweetness and sharpness from all the fruits is pretty well balanced and the viscosity of it works fantastically too.
In my local store there are only two options of these available; This one and a green one involving spinach and apples. I like a green juice but wasn’t wanting to find out if I liked it with a bottle of this size so decided to keep clear of it.
This comes in at less than 100kcal for a 200ml serving because it is largely just pressed fruit and nothing else added in there. Of course, fruit includes a lot of natural sugars and that is why I quite often find myself avoiding them in juice form.
However, this one was delicious and for the price compared to less ‘good for you’ branded generic juices this one is worth picking up. I’m not sure how it stacks up for vitamins and the like but given the amount of fruit squeezed into here you would hope it would give a solid boost. I wish they had an orange, ginger and carrot one in my local store in the lead up to the colder months to help my immune system a little!
For what it is £1.99 is a real bargain and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a cold-pressed juice or simply an alternative to a lot of carton juices without breaking the bank.
