
Use that roast chicken from meal prep to make yourself a delicious but simple roast dinner. You could go with a lot more trimmings but as I was opting for skin on the chicken I decided to keep it simple.
Ingredients
- New Potatoes, Halved
- Parsnips, Quartered
- Black Pepper
- Himalayan Salt
- Tenderstem broccoli
- Gravy
- Roast Chicken, I Used The Thighs And Drumsticks
Method
- Place new potatoes and parsnips in the airfryer at 200c
- Add in some black pepper and Himalayan salt.
- When they start to go from soft to nicely browning on the outside add some tenderstem broccoli for a few minutes
- Prepare some gravy and place some chicken of choice on a plate
- Serve everything with the chicken and drizzle with gravy
