
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Chopped herbs
- (Don’t be a wally like me add finely chopped garlic cloves too)
Method:
- Melt some butter slightly (you can skip this step and just mix it into the butter but make sure it’s room temp first and prepare for an arm workout)
- Mix in the herbs
- Place into fridge to reset
- Use as desired
Eating And Storage Tips
When this is set again, if you melted it slightly, or from still cold you can roll this up and put it in the freezer. You can then chop bits off for cooking or to put on cooked steaks.
As you can see from the video below I used mine to toast some buns, spread some butter on and place back face down in a pan with some pierced tomatoes to make for a yummy sandwich.
I only used chive and flat leaf parsley here but you could easily add in other common herbs like basil and please don’t be a wally like me and forget the garlic!
