
Ingredients
- Red Bell Pepper, Largely Chopped
- Yellow Bell Pepper, Largely Chopped
- Potato, Cubed (Large Cubes But Small Pieces)
- Sprouts, Halved
- Oil
- Salt, Garlic Granules, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Dried Parsley
- Chicken Chipolatas, Three Per Serving
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220c
- Place the bell peppers into an oven tray
- Add potato
- Add sprouts
- Add oil and give everything a good mix together
- Add salt, garlic granules, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and parsley and mix again
- Top with chicken chipolatas
- Bake for around 45 minutes, turning the sausages half way through cooking
Eating And Storage Tips
You can absolutely use other sausages for this recipe and the cooking time is unlikely to need to be altered as the cooking time is largely based on the cooking time for things like the potatoes underneath.
You can add extra to the tray, in terms of both sausages or vegetables to increase the amount of portions this recipe serves. I did the remaining seven I had in this pack all as part of this recipe so that I had another portion ready to go and reheat when I wanted.
