Ingredients
- Boneless Pork Steak
- Sweet Potato, Chopped Into Thin Chunks
- Broccoli Florets
- Mixed Herbs, Cajun Seasoning, Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
Method
- Coat some olive oil, cajun seasoning, mixed herbs and black pepper onto the sweet potato, I find this easiest to do in a bowl or a container that has a lid to give a good shake, before placing in the airfryer at 180c
- Put some lemon juice on some pork and add that into the airfryer, on top of the sweet potato, after about ten minutes
- After about another 10 minutes add some broccoli florets into the airfryer and turn the pork over and cook for another five
- Serve it all up
Eating And Storage Tips
You could add additional vegetables in here and reduce quantities of the others for a bit of additional variety; Carrots, parsnips, asparagus and green beans are just a handful of the great alternatives or additions.
If you want to give it all a bit more a kick, if you feel that the cajun seasoning wasn’t enough, you could sprinkle on some hot sauce at the end as well or you could give the pork more seasoning but I always get worried about making the whole meal rather one flavour profile if you season it all the same.
This will store fairly well. If you go to microwave it consider that any crisp sweet potato you got might become soft again with the steam. If you have extra time I’d suggest just throwing it back into the airfryer to reheat. If you intend to do more pork and reheat that as well be sure to do the pork to just and just cooked as cooking it again will cause it to dry out a little so what would be perfectly cooked will become overcooked!
