Eating And Storage Tips
You can absolutely do this in the airfryer as well and I sometimes do. When I do I just tweak the cooking time down about five minutes or keep the time the same but drop the temperature to 180c depending on what else I’m cooking and how much time I need. If you like them really crispy you can cook them for longer or if you like them crispy but with a bit more of a bite you can turn the heat up and cook them for less.
You can absolutely mix the seasonings up with these. I went for pretty simple flavours but you can mix and match to your flavour preferences and what you are having for your meal. For instance if you are doing them with chicken or turkey a lemon, garlic and herb combination would work amazingly.
This isn’t the sort of thing I usually make in bulk as part of prep, I would much rather do them on the same day. If you want to though you very much should be able to and just pop them in the fridge after. Just remember that reheating will cook them more so try to leave on the slightly undercooked side when doing them to start with so you can the perfect reheat or you run the risk of a soggy sprout!
