PB And Chocolate Wraps

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter, Crunchy Is Best But Any Work
  • Mini Tortilla Wraps
  • Milk Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Spread peanut butter across a tortilla whilst it is off the heat
  2. Place in a lightly heated pan and sprinkle some milk chocolate chips over it but remember they melt and we’re folding or rolling these so don’t put too many it goops out!
  3. Place a lid over the pan and let it all melt a little before removing from the pan and rolling up

Eating And Storage Tips

As mentioned in the ingredients list you can absolutely use any kind of peanut butter or probably other nut butters too. If you use almond butter I would probably suggest dark chocolate instead.

Talking of chocolate I used chocolate chips because that’s what I had to hand but you could absolutely use small chunks or chocolate, grated chocolate or just a chocolate spread that’s Nutella-adjacent too!

Want to make this into more of a rounded bite? Add sliced banana and do one larger wrap with it all mixed together instead.
