Eating And Storage Tips

You can easily make these up in advance and put them into a lunchbox or a picnic bag. I would tweak the amount of mayonnaise though or ‘runny’ ingredients to ensure it doesn’t make the wrap soggy but if you have drained the tuna well this shouldn’t be an issue.

If you want added crunch but don’t have or want piccalilli you could either finely chopped some regular pickles or just a fresh cucumber instead.

If you watch the video below you’ll be able to see that I use frozen sweetcorn and from the time I put it frozen in my bowl to when I go to eat it there’s no frozen bits left. I prefer this as I find it preserves freshness a bit and doesn’t give us some mildly warm microwaved sweetcorn in an otherwise cold quick wrap.
