Eating And Storage Tips

I did a quick pickle with some ribbon carrots, cucumber and spring onion; If you want to know how you can check here. If you trust your wrapping skills enough then feel free to pop them into the wrap.

I used some burger slaw because I had some from a too good to go bag but you can either use regular slaw or just something like tartare sauce with some pickles.

This isn’t the sort of thing I would suggest making in advance to take on the go with you and if you want to then something like fresh fish or breaded fish will stand up better than battered fish as I find that goes soggier a lot quicker.
