
Ingredients:
- Mini potatoes
- Leftover fat or oil
- Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper
Method:
- Toss the potatoes, fat and seasonings all together in a bowl
- Place them into the airfryer, straight onto the base, at 190c for about 40 minutes giving them a couple of shakes in between.
- Serve and enjoy
Eating And Storage Tips
You could easily make a big bundle of these up in advance and either reheat later or use them as part of a more flavourful potato salad or incorporated into an actual leafy salad.
If you want to make it a bit more flavourful you could put in fresh garlic and chilli and leave the mixture in the fridge a little bit before cooking. This would be more effective if you then pricked the skins of the potatoes so it can absorb that goodness a little.
