Eating And Storage Tips
You could very easily pop this back into the airfryer to reheat. You just might want to add a splash of water in there to give it some steam to stop the gnocchi from over-crisping and becoming too crunchy!
This is the sort of thing I could see myself adding sundried tomatoes to or mixing chopped olives through as I’m about to serve it up. Especially if olive oil was the oil of choice for the airfryer.
With the lack of liquid, apart from the oil and what comes from the feta, this is something that if you don’t have an airfryer I would suggest doing in a pan on the hob instead. This is one of those situations where the airfryer replaces a hob rather than an oven.
If you wanted to add a meat to it I might suggest chicken or sausages but honestly given the other flavours going on, especially if you were to level it up with those tomatoes and olives, something like lamb either thinly sliced or in minced lamb would go incredibly here.
