Airfryer Salmon Pasta

Ingredients (For One)

  • A salmon fillet (I keep the skin on)
  • Feta (I use half a block of a pretty standard sized block)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • A serving of green beans
  • A serving of your favourite pasta
  • Seasoning/flavours to taste

Method

  1. Put some water on to boil and cook your pasta as per instructions and preference.
  2. Put your airfryer on to about 180c and set the timer to 20 minutes.
  3. In your airfryer put your salmon skin side down, your chunk of feta, no need to chop it up, your cherry tomatoes and green beans with a splash of oil. Add any seasoning or flavours you might like to here.
  4. Cook in the airfryer making sure to drain and set aside your pasta in the meantime.
  5. Put the pasta into the airfryer, give a good mix up and serve!

Eating and Storage Tips

You can very easily increase the portions of this recipe. Just make sure you can fit everything in pretty flat in the airfryer. If it becomes too cramped you might need to adjust the cooking time.

You can make more of this up and mix it around so that you have leftovers for lunch or dinner again the next day. Although honestly if you are thinking of doing it for dinner the next day then I would just say cook it fresh again. Alternatively do not mix the pasta through and just cook fresh pasta to eat with the leftovers.

This would work well with rice or cous cous as well making it delightfully versatile and able to work with whatever you might have in your cupboards at any given moment.

Salmon cold doesn’t bother me but if you go to reheat this make sure to do it thoroughly and perhaps consider adding a bit more liquid/sauce to it such as some soft cheese before heating it up to ensure the pasta doesn’t get too dry.
